PCBN material is chemically inert to ferrous materials, making it suitable for machining ferrous metals.
Material grades DBN168, DBN180, and DBN270 use high-content PCBN blanks with BN-BN bonding, suitable for workpiece materials like cast iron, cemented carbide, and powder metallurgy.
Material grades DBN130 and DBN265 use low-content PCBN blanks with a ceramic binder, suitable for hardened steel.

PCD material possesses high hardness, high wear resistance, and a low coefficient of friction, making it suitable for high-speed, high-efficiency, and highly stable machining of non-ferrous metals.
Material grades DCD311, DCD308, DCD352, and DCD336 use imported and domestic PCD blanks to meet the machining needs of various non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials.

PCD/PCBN standard inserts W type enable hard turning as a replacement for grinding.
