Automotive Lamp Reflector Film Vacuum Coating Machine

System Summary

 This is the reflectance layer created typically on injection molded plastic for headlamps and tail lamps. We are capable of achieving 90% reflectivity with Al (aluminum) and 95% – 98% reflectivity with Ag (silver). Our systems are designed to have fast cycles for running in-line with injection molding machines.

• Structure Type: Vertical structure with single or double doors or Horizontal structure with single door.

• Coating Film:  Aluminum, SiO protection film.

• Consumables in production: Aluminum.

 • Automotive Headlights & Taillights reflective film and reflector cup.

 • Front lamps, like halogen lamp, xenon vapor lamp, dipped headlight, far reaching headlamp, front turning light, front position light, front fog lamp.
