Product Details

Thermal induction welding chiller is a cooling device specially designed for thermal induction welding equipment. It is mainly used to reduce the heat generated by the equipment during thermal induction welding to ensure the normal operation and welding quality of the welding equipment. The following is a detailed introduction:

Working principle

The working principle of the thermal induction welding chiller is based on the refrigeration cycle system. The temperature of the cooling liquid (usually water or water-ethylene glycol mixture) is reduced by evaporating the refrigerant in the evaporator to absorb heat, and then the low-temperature coolant is transported to the thermal induction welding equipment through a water pump to absorb the heat generated during the welding process, so that the temperature of the welding equipment is kept within a suitable range. The coolant after absorbing heat returns to the chiller, dissipates the heat through the condenser and other components, and is cooled again and recycled.

Features

- Efficient cooling: With strong cooling capacity, it can quickly take away a lot of heat generated by thermal induction welding equipment, ensuring stable operation of the equipment in high temperature environment.

- Large flow: Equipped with a large flow water pump, it can provide sufficient coolant to meet the cooling water demand of thermal induction welding equipment.

- Good stability: It can work stably for a long time, provide continuous and stable cooling guarantee for thermal induction welding equipment, and reduce failures and downtime caused by overheating of equipment.

- Precise control: With precise temperature and flow control system, it can accurately adjust the temperature and flow of coolant according to the requirements of welding process to improve welding quality.

Application

Thermal induction welding chillers are widely used in various thermal induction welding scenarios, such as component welding in automobile manufacturing, precision welding in electronic equipment production, and pipe welding in metal processing industry. In these applications, the chiller helps to improve welding efficiency, extend equipment life, and reduce welding defects by effectively cooling welding equipment.
