● X, Y, and Z axes all use high-precision pretensioned ball screws.
● It is directly connected by a high-power AC servo motor, and there is no backlash transmission.
● The up and down motion of the Z-axis adopts double nitrogen balance cylinders to balance the unbalanced force of its movement, so as to reduce the no-load torque of the ball screw, reduce the wear of the ball screw, and maintain the accuracy and stability of the ball screw.
