Introduction for the CAR BALER:

A car baler is also called as a car baling machine or hydraulic car shell compactor, is especialized designed for recycling the waste vahicles. The car baler machine is a piece of equipment which is very popular in the automotive recycling industry. Its primary function is to compress and flatten vehicles, such as cars, trucks,and vans, into compacted bales or flat sheets of metal for easier transportation and recycling. The car body baler typically consists of a large hydraulic press mounted on a strong frame. It is designed to apply immense force to vehicles, effectively crushing them and reducing their bulkiness.The compacting process helps to maximize storage space and minimize transportation costs by reducing the volume of the vehicles.

Working Process of the Car Baler:

①Vehicle Preparation: Before being fed into the car baler, the vehicles need to be properly prepared. To remove the following parts, such as fuel, oil, and coolant, as well as the extraction of valuable components,hazardous materials, and non-metallic parts.

②Feeding: The prepared vehicles are then positioned in the press chamber(feeding box) of the car baler. To feed the scrap cars we have two ways to feed, one is with a hydrulic cyliner to push and another way is using the grab to lift the scrap cars and put them into the feeding box.
Compressing: Once the vehicle is properly positioned,the hydraulic press is activated, exerting substantial force on the vehicle.The press flattens and compresses the vehicle, reducing it to a compacted bale or a flat sheet of metal.The level of
compression depends on the specific design and capabilities of the baling machine.
③Bale or Sheet Removal: After the compression process is completed, the compacted bale or metal sheet is removed from the baling machine.These compacted materials are then transported to metal recycling facilities for further processing.
