Introduction to Pickled Plate Products

Pickled coil is a precision steel made from hot-rolled steel coils as the base material, after removing surface oxide skin through pickling process, with a thickness range of 0.8-6.0mm and a width of 600-2000mm. The product has high surface cleanliness (Sa2.5 level) and dimensional accuracy (± 0.05mm), and is an upgraded material to replace traditional hot-rolled coil. It is widely used in fields such as automobiles, home appliances, and machinery manufacturing.

-Acid pickling with hydrochloric acid to remove iron oxide scale, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.2 μ m

-Flatness of plate shape ≤ 3mm/m, reducing subsequent straightening processes
