Detailed Description

The PCD With flange reamer is designed for high-precision hole machining of materials such as aluminum alloys and composites. Its nano-polished PCD cutting edges effectively suppress built-up edges, achieving precision up to 0.003mm, radial runout of 0.005mm, and axial runout of 0.005mm. For aluminum alloy machining, it can achieve IT7 precision (partially IT6) and surface roughness below Ra0.2. It effectively eliminates burrs at hole entrances, enabling highly efficient machining.
