The PCD Twist Drill features a blank specifically designed for twist drills, with a relatively thick diamond layer. The unique 120° PCD point angle and corresponding design ensure excellent centering capability and smooth chip evacuation, effectively preventing hole position deviation and chip clogging, enabling high-speed and highly efficient drilling operations. PCD drills are primarily used for drilling CFRP composites and aluminum alloys. For drilling holes in aluminum alloys, they are only suitable for shallow holes and the peck drilling process for deep holes.
