Details and advantages

1. CNC drilling power head adopts special spindle servo motor with strong overload capacity, and the motor drives the drilling spindle to rotate through synchronous belt.

2. The linear guide rail with high bearing roller is adopted for the moving guide of drilling power head, which has good rigidity, high static load and dynamic load capacity, ensuring the quality of material plates' hole quality and the service life time of tool.

3. The drilling clamping cylinder is used to compress and position the material plate when drilling the power head.

4. The work table is composed of Y-axis at the lower layer and X-axis of upper layer.

5. The two sets of clamps have the positioning surface of the material plate.

6. It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, locating plate, support seat, etc., and is placed on the side of x-axis sliding plate.

7. The hydraulic system is composed of oil tank, motor, oil pump, solenoid valve and hydraulic pipeline.

8. MQL micro lubrication cooling system is the most advanced in the world.

9. The control system adopts SINUMERIK 808D, the latest Siemens numerical control system, which has high reliability, convenient diagnosis and easy operation.
