The PU Gasket Machine is a high-performance system designed for

the automated production of polyurethane (PU) foam gaskets.

Polyurethane, known for its exceptional durability, chemical

resistance, and elasticity, is a preferred sealing material

across a wide range of industries. This machine operates by

precisely mixing two liquid components-polyol and isocyanate-to

trigger a controlled chemical reaction. The resulting reactive

foam is then accurately dispensed onto a substrate (typically

metal or plastic), where it expands and cures into a durable,

closed-cell gasket directly on the part surface.
